Dumet wire is used as seal materials for glass-to-metal of electro-vacuum device,it is manufactured by wrapping or electroplating copper on the Fe-Ni alloy bar;or wires surface by drawing , annealing and borating treatment.seal test and method passes according to the national standard GB11248-89.this kind of product includes red dumet wire,pale(golden yellow)dumet wire,white dumet wire,non-B dumet wire,luminous(moisture-proof) dumet wire,etc.

Applications:

1)For making incandescent lamps,vacuum valves.

2)Production of leads for match-sealing electronic tubes,bulbs and semi-conductors to soft glass ,and also for automobile head lamps.
